Since June 2021, Progysat, funded by the Interreg Amazon Cooperation Programme (PCIA), has brought together scientific partners from French Guiana, Suriname, Brazil and mainland France to work on exploiting Earth observation data in 06 thematic areas: water resources, vector-borne disease risks, pollution, forest biodiversity, urban dynamics and public policies & landscapes.
Organised by the IRD and CNES, the seminar will provide participants with an overview of all the activities carried out over the 2 years of the project's implementation, an opportunity to present work carried out in French Guiana on themes related to the project by local players, and a forum for collegial reflection on future prospects for regional cooperation in the field of Earth observation.
Registration is open at the following address: https://lnkd.in/e5haW_Wk
The plenary sessions will be broadcast by videoconference to make it easier for those who are unable to attend to do so.
To take part in the event, registration deadline Monday 19 June!
